Welcome to my Home - Part 1

Here's where we eat! Come on in and have a seat. We'll feast on Pumpkin Surprise and muse about all things prim! You haven't had Pumpkin Surprise? Well, I must post the recipe for you in my next post! ;)

I need to fix me up a sugar mold to go under the fly screen...

What would a prim lover be without her baskets?

I just bought this box last weekend from Round Top...does anyone go to Round Top here in TX?  The label said it was knife box - I had never heard of that before.

Here's where my kids can fix their own bowls of cereal in the mornings! Fixed up this label from a link off of A Primitive Place just today and I love it! Thanks, Twigs!

Come back soon for more tours of our home! Really this is just a good excuse to get everything decorated and cleaned for pictures! :)

Sights & Sounds of Fall

Don't you just love everything about fall? The colors of the trees and the crunch of leaves under your feet...the cooler weather...everything about it just appeals to the senses! I love the crows, pumpkins, and berries!

Sometimes I get a wonderful pumpkin scented candle that smells so good I wish I could EAT it! It smells so good that I wonder if I just took a little bite if it would taste like it smells! This one smells good enough to eat...see if you can smell it, too!

And then there's this:

Yep, that's a Pumpkin Spice Hershey's Kiss...

It tastes exactly like what any prim lover's home smells like during the fall season!

Happy Fall Y'all!
